Palomino Inc. is looking for an individual to participate in a joint industry-academic R&D project in the capacity of a Requirements Analyst. The goal of the project is to develop and evaluate a Dynamic Careflow Management System (CfMS) to manage caregiver work flow for the specific scenario of palliative end-of-life care and senior care in a collaborative manner.

Based in Nova Scotia, ideally Halifax, the candidate's main responsibilities will be to conduct face-to-face end-user requirements analysis meetings to create a detailed evaluation of current operational practices and ongoing needs. The successful candidate would be expected to travel throughout the nove Scotia for face-to-face meetings. Reporting on end-user requirements as well as recommendations for deployment of a pilot are some of the milestones.

Reporting to a project manager in NS, you will be participating in project conference calls and meetings to share findings, discuss items for further analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical requirements analysis
• Project management and team work skills
• Knowledge of health care services and e-health systems are an asset
• Experience in working remotely, via tele conference and screen sharing
